Lauren grew up in NJ and went to High School in Summit. She graduated from Elon University and began a career in the fashion industry in NYC. After five years, she changed gears and trained through Stott Pilates in NYC and began teaching at the 100’s studio in Chelsea. She also has her Health Coach certification through Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 

Covid brought her and her husband back to NJ where they now live with their two baby’s and dog. After a break from teaching she is excited to get back into the studio and begin teaching at the R3finery!
