John Napolitano has been in the medical field since 1986 when he started working with his local ambulance squad. Since that time, he has worked as an emergency medical technician, a surgical technician, a 9-1-1 dispatcher, and a volunteer firefighter. He has been a massage therapist since 1994 and licensed in massage therapy since 2008 (the year New Jersey started licensing massage therapists). In addition to being a licensed in massage therapy, John is a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist (he's also delivered 7 babies) and a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist through Liddle Kids Foundation.

John currently works full time at Morristown Medical Center as a Nurse Educator in the Pediatric Emergency Department. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Excelsior College, and his Masters Degree in Nursing from Saint Elizabeth University. In mid 2024 he will earn his Doctor of Nursing  (DNP) degree from Aspen University.

John lives in Morris County with his wife of 20 years and 3 teenage children. His philosophy surrounding massage therapy is simple.

"The human body is the most amazing machine ever created. It always strives for a state of homeostasis. When ill or injured, it almost immediately moves to contain the damage and start healing. Sometimes it needs help. Massage therapy is complementary medicine, that is, it complements modern medicine. Modalities such as massage therapy and lymphatic drainage therapy give the human body the boost that it needs to heal itself."
