Group Pilates Reformer Classes

The R3finery offers small, intimate Pilates reformer group classes that ensure everyone feels seen and supported.​

Whether you're managing an injury, rebullding after surgery or childbirth, or simply looking to stay strong and mobile, our experienced instructors provide individual feedback with personalized modifications and progressions tailored to your goals and needs.

Pilates Class Types

R3form

Our all-levels Reformer class with plenty o options to modify or progress. Great for building strength, mobility, and confidence.

R3fresh

A slower-paced class with extra focus on stretching, mindful transitions, and movement education. Perfect for beginners or recovery.

R3fine

Our signature, members-only Reformer class

Geared toward intermediate movers, with creative flows and props to deepen your practice.

Tower & Jumpboard

Specialty classes that incorporate the Tower apparatus or Jumpboard Reformer Addition for a fun, challenging twist on traditional Pilates. 

Private Pilates Sessions

Work one-on-one with a dedicated instructor using our full range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, and Wunda Chair. These sessions are completely tailored to your goals and needs, making them Ideal if you're working with an injury, have specific objectives, or simply prefer individualized attention

We offer two types of private sessions:

Advanced Instructor

Train with an instructor who has over five years of teaching experience and/or a graduate degree in physical therapy. These sessions offer specialized attention, ideal for injury recovery, movement refinement, or specific needs.

General Instructor

Train with a certified Plates instructor who tailors each session to your specific goals and needs. Whether you're learning the foundations or deepening your practice, these sessions offer focused, supportive guidance.

Looking for duets, semi-private sessions, or something more customized? Contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
