Kayla is a board-certified Physical Therapist, currently working primarily with athletes to help them achieve their goals to safely return to sports. She attended DeSales University in the Lehigh Valley and completed an accelerated 3+3 doctorate level program. She first graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and minor in Psychology, then two years later graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kayla’s goals include providing safe, individualized and evidence based physical therapy to each patient to facilitate the best functional outcomes.

Kayla is passionate about exercise and keeping herself moving; she loves yoga, pilates, lifting, walking, and cycling. Before becoming a physical therapist, Kayla was a USAG gymnastics coach for 7 years, coaching gymnastics on a pre-Olympic track. She was a gymnast herself before battling many injuries which led her to find physical therapy.

When she isn’t working, you can find Kayla reading books, hanging out by the pool or cooking.
