Olena has always made fitness, movement and healthy living a big part of her life. Experimenting with different fields in fitness early on, she finally found her true passion in Pilates in 2009 and has been practicing ever since. Coming from a corporate world, she then decided to follow that passion and became a certified instructor through Pilates Academy International in New York. 

 

Specialising in one on one, group classes, pre and post natal, as well as special populations; Olena hopes to help each client reach their goals, needs, strength and motivation both for body and mind through Pilates.
