Sara D’Agostino earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from one of the top physical therapy programs in the country, The University of Miami. She has been practicing as a physical therapist for close to 20 years. Throughout her career Sara has gained experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics and women's health.  She is an experienced movement specialist whose priority is getting her clients better faster. Sara understands the importance of providing top level care in a timely and efficient manner.

Moving optimally has always been a top priority to Sara. Growing up Sara competed as a high level tennis player and eventually went on to compete as a Division 1 level athlete. Early on in her career Sara was the traveling physical therapist for the LPGA tour and provided therapy to professional women golfers. As a high level athlete herself and having worked with professional athletes, Sara knows firsthand the importance of being able to participate and compete in activities that bring you passion and joy. Throughout  her experience, Sara has developed an in depth understanding of sports injuries and how best to treat them to get you back on the field or court as soon as possible doing the things you love.

Sara specializes in physical therapy through the use of both Pilates and yoga. Mindful movement is her specialty! Her classes always have a purpose! Exercise and fitness have always been a huge part of Sara's life. She is passionate about sharing her love of wellness with everyone! 

​

Through her continuing education Sara has developed specialized training in areas such as myofascial release, pelvic floor physical therapy, prenatal and postnatal care, golf specific training, kinesiotaping and functional range conditioning. Sara is a nationally certified Pilates instructor, having completed the Pilates in the Grove teacher training, as well as a certified yoga instructor, completing the Three Birds Yoga teacher training 200 hours.

 Sara has lived in Summit, NJ for the past 18 years and proudly spends most of her free time with her two amazing boys! She is an avid runner and loves running half marathons.  She also enjoys playing tennis and golf!
