Amanda is born and raised in New Jersey, with a passion for all things health and wellness. After graduating from Boston University, Amanda spent the first part of her career in the fashion industry.

Nearly two years after beginning her own Pilates journey at The R3finery, Amanda felt so inspired by both the mental and physical shifts she experienced, that she decided to leave the corporate world behind to help others along their journey.
