FAQ
What's your cancellation policy? You can cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will be charged half the session amount. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, you will lose the appointment credit or be charged the full drop-in rate of the service.
What if I don't use all my sessions in the month? Un-used sessions will rollover for Private Membership holders! If you are a 3-month Contract Holder, your sessions will rollover for 30 days. For 12-month Contract Holders, you have 60 days!
What if I want to do extra sessions one month? You can purchase additional private or duet sessions at the same rate as your membership's "per-session" cost.
What's the difference between an Advanced versus General Instructor? Advanced Instructors have been practicing professionally for 5 years or more, hold higher-level certifications or licenses (e.g., Physical Therapist, Pelvic Floor Specialist, etc. ), and/or have completed higher education within the field (e.g., Master's, Doctorate, etc.). General Instructors hold a current Comprehensive Pilates Certification.
