More Than a Pilates Studio
The R3finery is a wellness ecosystem built by physical therapists, led by experienced instructors, and supported by a community that makes showing up easier.
True health is more than physical.
We believe true health comes from caring for body, mind, and lifestyle together. That belief is at the core of everything we offer, from Pilates to Physical Therapy, to Wellness Coaching, all in one place.
Experienced instructors you can trust.
All of our instructors are comprehensively trained and certified. Most have over 5 years of experience and/or graduate degrees in physical therapy, or other related fields. Our PT roots set the standard for safe, informed instruction that meets you where you are.
Small classes with personal attention.
Our classes are intentionally small. Your instructors know your name, your goals, and your body so you can progress safely and confidently.
A community that supports you.
Progress thrives in connection and accountability. Our warm, welcoming community keeps you motivated, consistent, and on track towards your goals.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or returning after time away, you belong here. Our instructors offer modifications and progressions for every body so you can move with confidence from your very first class.
What To Expect In Class
All of our Pilates classes are held on the Reformer and kept intentionally small so every client receives individual attention. Here's a look at what you'll find on the schedule.

Available to members only.
R3fresh
A slower-paced class with extra focus on stretching, mindful transitions, and movement education. Perfect for beginners or recovery.
Tower & Jumpboard
Specialty classes that incorporate the Tower apparatus or Jumpboard Reformer Addition for a fun, challenging twist on traditional Pilates.
Your First Class Checklist
Here's everything you need to know before you walk through our doors for your first experience.
Wear grippy socks
Grippy socks are required for all Pilates classes and help keep you stable on the Reformer. We have some available for purchase at the studio if you need a pair.
Download the Momence app
Download the Momence app on the App Store for iOS or the Google Play store for Android before your first visit to book classes, view your reservations, and stay connected on the go.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early
Give yourself a few extra minutes to get settled. Summit has street parking and a nearby garage, and Far Hills has its own parking lot. Grab a coffee or tea in our waiting area when you arrive and our team will be there to welcome you.
Introduce yourself
Let your instructor know your experience with the Reformer, as well as any injuries, exercise restrictions, or concerns you may have. If it's your first time on the Reformer, don't worry! Your instructor will walk you through the equipment before class begins.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing
Choose clothes that allow you to move freely. Fitted is best on the Reformer so your instructor can see your alignment and offer the most accurate guidance.
What Our Clients Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what real clients have experienced at The R3finery.
I took my first ever Pilates class here and it was an amazing experience. My instructor took her time explaining the machine, walking me through what to expect, and gave me clear instructions. They offer helpful modifications to match my ability, which made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the class.
- Helga R.
I was apprehensive at first as a guy, but the team was unbelievably supportive and welcoming. As an avid golfer having had several back operations, Pilates has been a game changer for me, helping with strength and flexibility. The classes are fantastic and have made a huge difference.
- Vincent P.
This was my first experience trying Reformer Pilates and I'm hooked.n The workouts are challenging but not exhausting. I can feel the difference in my strength after just a few classes. I actually enjoy my workout class, can't wait for more.
