Studio Policies & FAQs

Studio Policies

What should I wear & bring to class? Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Socks are required for all classes, and we have some to purchase in studio. You can bring a water, or grab some from our waiting room on your way into class. Feel free to help yourself to our coffee and tea bar as well!

Where do I park? SUMMIT: Street parking is available. There is a public lot outside of the West Elm that is nearby. We recommend budgeting extra time to park especially during peak times like 9am-1pm and weekends. FAR HILLS: We have our own private lot right on the corner of Peapack Rd. and Demun Pl.

How many people are in each class? We keep our classes small—5 clients in Summit and 7 in Far Hills—to give you personalized attention, better form corrections, and a more supportive experience. Small classes mean big results. Because spots are limited, late cancellations make it hard for others to join—so we ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Members get priority registration, making it easier to reserve your favorite classes.

How long are the classes? All group class times. Group classes are 55 minutes in length, unless stated otherwise on the class schedule. All group classes require pre-registration

What if I am late to class? We understand it happens - please try to call ahead and let us know. Please arrive on time for your scheduled class or appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class it will be at the discretion of the instructor whether to allow entry into the class. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a class you will not be allowed entry into the class for your safety and so as not to disrupt the flow of the class.

How does the waitlist work? If the class you'd like to take is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist so if anyone cancels you'll automatically be added in. The waitlist closes 60 minutes prior to class. If you'd like to wait at the studio in case of a no-show, you will be allowed into class if a participant doesn't show up within 10 minutes of the start time. Clients on the waitlist will be considered booked in the class and will incur charges if added within the 12-hour window. It is the responsibility of waitlisted clients to remove themselves before the 12-hour window if they're unable to attend. Failure to remove oneself from the waitlist within the specified time frame will result in a $50 charge or deduction of a class from the package. The waitlist cutoff time is set at 1 hour before the class begins, meaning you can be notified up to one hour before your scheduled class. You will NOT be added to the class within one hour of the class start time. Automatic reminder emails and notifications are sent out 24 hours before your appointment or class. It is the client’s responsibility to check spam/junk mailboxes for any incoming mail. The R3finery, LLC is not responsible for any bounced or failed email communications.
