Curriculum & Hour Breakdown

  • 860+ total program hours
  • 154 hours of in-person instruction across 9 immersive training weekends
  • 210 hours of supervised teaching practice to build real-world confidence
  • 230 hours of observation (in-studio and approved virtual observation)
  • 195 hours of self-practice to embody and master the Pilates method
  • 35-hour apprenticeship opportunity for qualifying students
  • Full apparatus training: Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, and Ladder Barrel
  • Curriculum includes: anatomy, biomechanics, special populations, program design, and business fundamentals

Alix is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, nationally certified Pilates teacher, and specialist in Pilates-based rehabilitation, Myofascial Release (MFR), and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). With over 15 years of experience in top medical institutions and private practice, she blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of movement. Her advanced training and real-world success make her an ideal leader for our Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program—where she’s passionate about mentoring the next generation of instructors with both depth and integrity.

Our program uniquely integrates clinical expertise with classical Pilates training. You’ll learn how to work safely with diverse populations, think critically, and adapt exercises to meet individual client needs.

  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respectful conduct throughout the program
