Following her graduation with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, Sarah embarked on a journey of holistic wellness. Initially drawn to intense workouts like weightlifting and HIIT training, she soon realized the toll it took on her body. Seeking a sustainable alternative, she found solace in pilates. This gentle yet effective practice not only challenged her physically but also nurtured her mental well-being. Through pilates, Sarah discovered a harmonious balance, improving her balance, flexibility, and strength without the risk of burnout. Eager to share her newfound joy, Sarah embarked on pilates teacher training. Her goal? To inspire others to experience the same vitality and wellness she's found through pilates.
