Diana began her fitness journey with intense workouts like weightlifting, but quickly realized they were taking a toll on her body. In search of a balance, she discovered Pilates and fell in love with building strength without burnout. Inspired by the results, she became a certified instructor to share the magic with others. Diana firmly believes Pilates is for every body and aims to help others experience the same vitality and wellness it’s brought into her life. What lights Diana up most is being in a room full of people pushing their limits, supporting each other, and leaving feeling strong, confident, and energized!
